Over the years, we have been inspired by chefs, hoteliers and customers who have created mouthwatering recipes using our cheese. I think that it is important to emphasise that artisan cheese is not ‘too good’ to cook with – a dish is only as good as the quality of its ingredients, and the complex flavours and aromas of our cheese shine through in any dish.
